We are open from Saturday to Thursday at 6:30 AM to 12 PM in the morning and we open again at 2:30 PM and close in the evening at 6:00 PM.
No. We are open 6 days a week from Saturday to Thursday. We remain closed on Friday.
Purchases can be initiated in two main ways- #1. By issuing Purchase Order (PO) and making the payment against delivery of materials. #2. Walk-in orders for instant delivery of materials against payments.
Yes. We at Al Ittefaq Steel always try our best to maintain a healthy inventory of the items so that we are ready to supply to wholesale or to retail customers.
We primarily accept payments in cash and current dated cheques. However, we also accept online bank transfers for payment. Other payment methods are not encouraged. Further, for workshop job orders, payments are requested in advance so we can proceed with the fabrication of materials.
Generally, we avoid credit facilities. However, special cases can be explored after considering the credibility of the customer.
Yes. Goods purchased from our inventory is released immediately against the Delivery Note. You just have to allow some time for our proffesionals to load the goods on to your transport.

For placing fabrication orders, we invite you to sit with our Technical Officers or Workshop-in-Charges to describe your requirements. Our team will then prepare a job order stating all your requirements and providing you an estimated delivery time. Once you share this job order with our sales team, they will prepare the invoice for you and approve the job order on receipt of your payment. You can collect the materials as per the delivery date mentioned on the job card. Please note, whilst we try our best to deliver the materials according to the stated time on the job card, at times there can be unforeseen circumstances that delay or halt the process. If this is the case, we will inform you beforehand.
Our technical officers may advise you the best approach within the allocated budget and timeframe for a fabrication job. However, we do not take any responsibilities for contract based requirements where the clients of our customers already have a prescribed method and standard for fabrication. For these cases, its
All job orders are dealt as per serial numbers. The total time required to finish a job order depends on the amount of work required. We always allocate maxmimum technicians available for every job orders, so that we can process your order as quickly as possible.
The goods fabricated in the workshop are made to custom orders as per the customer’s individual requirements and therefore cannot be returned once fabricated.
Yes. We can perform the requested fabrication orders on materials provided by you. You can also purchase the materials from our inventory when you place an order for fabrication.
We advise all our custoemers to collect their orders as soon as we have finished with them. We do not take any responsibility for finished goods left behind for more than 14 days.
Our products have extremely small to zero tolerances. Furthermore, we can also provide the Material Test Certificates (MTC) against sale of materials, which verify the physical properties of the materials.
Some of our products are. Most of our products are sourced internationally and the rest sourced locally.
Yes, we manufacture a number of our products within our premises locally.
Yes, we provide transportation service for our customers at a minimum cost.
